Frozen vegetables that were sold in several states, including Pennsylvania and New Jersey, have been recalled, according to the FDA.
The FDA is warning that Endico's frozen "Peas and Carrots," as well as mixed vegetables, could be contaminated with listeria.

They were distributed in several states between July 18 and August. Those states include New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland and Florida, as well as Washington D.C.

So far, no illnesses have been reported.
The recall was the result of sampling done by the state of Pennsylvania at one of the FDA distributors, which revealed that the finished products tested positive for listeria.
The company has ceased distribution of the product as FDA and the company continue their investigation as to what caused the problem.
