LGBT kick off

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The highest ranking openly transgender person in Pennsylvania's government, helped PECO kick off LGBT history month.

Doctor Rachel Levine is the Physician General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

And Friday she spoke about her work as a health advocate and her experience as a member of the transgender community.
