Man armed with knife breaks into home in Overbook section of Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say a man armed with a knife broke into a home in Philadelphia's Overbrook neighborhood late Sunday night.

It happened at the residence on the 1200 block of Marlyn Road around 11:00 p.m.

Police say the man, wearing all black, entered the home through a rear door and threatened a 31-year-old woman with a knife before stealing her cell phone.

He was last seen driving off in a white Honda.

Investigators say the woman was not injured.
