Man accused of pulling gun after being stopped for shoplifting at Northeast Philadelphai Walmart

PHILADELPHIA -- Philadelphia police have released video of a shoplifting suspect accused of pulling a gun on a Walmart employee and a Pennsylvania State Constable.

It happened on Halloween night at the store on the 9700 block of East Roosevelt Boulevard in Northeast Philadelphia.

Authorities say the suspect was stopped for theft and taken to the asset protection office. That's where police say he became uncooperative and threatened to shoot.

He ran out of the office and left the store in a black station wagon.
