Man dies after falling from ladder while doing work on chimney in Wilmington, Delaware

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- A man has died after he fell off a ladder outside of a house in Wilmington, Delaware.

It happened just before 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday in the 2400 block of Limestone Road.

Police say the man was completing work on a chimney, when he fell.

He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died.

Delaware State Police are investigating this deadly accident.
