Man points gun at employee after dispute at gas station in Nicetown

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A scary confrontation inside a gas station in Philadelphia's Nicetown section was captured on surveillance video.

It happened back on January 21 inside the Lukoil on the 4400 block of North Broad Street.

According to police, the suspect had gotten into an argument with store workers and a customer inside the gas station around 2 p.m.

He told the customer that he was going to come back with a gun and left the store.

About 15 minutes later, surveillance video show the suspect returning with a gun in his hand, but the customer had already left.

The suspect can then be seen pointing the gun at the employee behind the counter before taking off.

Police say the suspect was last seen walking east on Wingohocking Street.

There were no injuries reported.
