Man sentenced to prison after body found in trash can along Schuylkill River Trail

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- A 46-year-old man has pleaded guilty to third-degree murder in connection with the death of a man whose body was found inside a trash can along the Schuylkill River Trail last November.

Felix Santos Colon Jr. was sentenced to 22 and a half to 45 years in state prison.

Investigators say he and the victim, 44-year-old Oscar Traviezo Tercero, knew each other and were both homeless at the time.
