PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A massive crowd is expected in Center City Friday afternoon, as people fight for workers rights on May Day.
The annual holiday commemorates the struggles and gains of the labor movement.
Local demonstrators plan to gather at City Hall for what they call the "Workers Over Billionaires" May Day Rally.
It will run from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, with a march to follow.
Road closures and parking restrictions are planned for the afternoon.
A number of SEPTA bus routes will be detoured.
