

UPPER OXFORD TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A Maryland man is facing multiple charges after Pennsylvania State Police said he followed another driver for more than 20 miles before crashing in Chester County.
Landon Huntoon, 45, of Elkton, Maryland, is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated assault by motor vehicle while driving under the influence and related offenses.
According to investigators, Huntoon was driving a 2018 Ford Explorer erratically around 6 a.m. Sunday when he began following a driver in a Toyota Tacoma.
Police said Huntoon followed the victim too closely and repeatedly attempted to strike the vehicle multiple times.
Authorities said the chase spanned approximately 26 miles, including portions of Street Road, Lancaster Pike, U.S. Route 1 North from Route 472 to Route 896, Route 10 (Limestone Road) and Route 896 (Newark Road).
The incident ended with a crash in Upper Oxford Township, where he was taken into custody.
Authorities have not reported any injuries.
State police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident to contact investigators.
