Mural honoring Boyz II Men coming to South Philadelphia this summer

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia plans to honor the legendary R&B group Boyz II Men with a mural this summer.

Mural Arts Philadelphia is searching for an artist to design the new mural.

Artists have until Friday to submit an application.

The mural will be painted on a building on South Broad Street near The Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts, commonly known as CAPA.

The group met there in the 1980s, before they became one of the biggest R&B acts of the 1990s.
