WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Prosecutors now say they will not charge the adults who recorded two young boys violently fighting in Wilmington.
The children were throwing punches on the 200 block of Rodney Street, as people cheered in the background.
The Delaware Attorney General's Office has determined the behavior was "inappropriate", but there was nothing to warrant criminal charges.
An investigation revealed the boys are in the care of their grandmother, and witnesses confirmed she asked them to stop fighting several times.
Neither child was physically injured.
