Man critical after being shot in the back in North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man is fighting for his life after being shot in the back in North Philadelphia.

The Action Cam was on the scene just before 5 a.m. Sunday along the 2700 block of North Hicks Street.

Police say the 26-year-old victim was rushed to the hospital where he remains in critical condition.

Investigators say a number of parked cars in the area were also hit by the bullets.

No details yet on a suspect, or a motive.
