PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- As the Penn Relays got underway Thursday, a renowned track athlete spoke to business students at the University of Pennsylvania's Center for Africana Studies.
U.S. Olympic Gold Medalist Butch Reynolds shared his 5 steps to a winning mindset.
Reynolds also spoke about perseverance after he was falsely accused and banned for drug use.
He went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court to clear his name and won.
He's now pushing for the World Athletics organization to vindicate him.
"Justice delayed is justice denied." Reynolds told Action News Thursday. "After 36 years, I'm ready to go back to them and say, 'Hey. Exonerate me. Clear my name.'"
Reynolds' story was detailed in the ESPN 30 for 30 documentary "False Positive."
