Pennsauken mayor honors EMT who lost battle to cancer

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- It was a bittersweet occasion Wednesday night inside Pennsauken's council chambers.

Mayor John Kneib presented the young widow of an EMT with a proclamation honoring his memory.

Jacqueline Barr held their young daughter as the mayor paid tribute to her husband, Joe.

Joe Barr recently lost his battle with cancer.

He was 31 years old.
