LOWER NAZARETH TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- The father of a 14-month-old child who died in a hot car back in June will face trial for his daughter's death.
Daniel Moist waived his preliminary hearing on Tuesday on felony charges of third-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter and endangering the welfare of a child.
He will appear in Northampton County Court next month to be formally arraigned on the charges.
His daughter died on June 11.

Police say Moist forgot to drop his daughter off at daycare. Temperatures reached into the 90s that day.
Police say the active ingredient in marijuana was found in Moist's bloodstream following the tragic incident.
