Philadelphia Police Department welcomes newest class of 911 dispatchers

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia Police Department celebrated its newest class of dispatchers on Wednesday.

Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel served as the guest speaker at Wednesday's 911 dispatcher training commencement ceremony.
