PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Students in Philadelphia marked Black History Month with a Living Wax Museum.
The event took place Thursday at the Keystone Academy Charter School in the Tacony neighborhood.
Third grade students researched influential African Americans who have made an impact on the world, and then dressed up to portray them.
That included civil rights leaders, engineers, scientists, athletes, entertainers and more.
Each student could then be called on to recite a summary of their chosen person.
