Philadelphia Style Magazine celebrates America's 250th with Semiquincentennial Ball

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Style Magazine helped kick off America 250 celebrations Wednesday night at its Semiquincentennial Ball.

Guests arriving at the Four Seasons Hotel in Center City received a fife and drum welcome.

Ben Franklin and Betsy Ross showed up to pose for a few pictures on the red carpet.

Action News anchors Maggie Kent, Sharrie Williams, Nydia Han, Tamala Edwards and Alicia Vitarelli also joined in the celebrations.
