Philly man accused of raping 2 children in Bucks Co.

FALLS TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Police in Falls Township, Bucks County have arrested a Philadelphia man for raping two children.

Twenty-one-year-old Richardo Saez is being held on $2-million bail.

Investigators say his victims were under 10 when the alleged molestation started.
