Phoenixville Area School Board approves redistricting

PHOENIXVILLE, Pa. (WPVI) -- The Phoenixville Area School Board approved the redistricting of its elementary school zones Thursday.

The boundaries need to move because the district is building a new Early Learning Center and Elementary School.

Many parents were opposed to the plan because it means their children would have to change schools.

But the board decided to keep children who are close to graduation in the schools they've been attending.
