PINE HILL, N.J. (WPVI) -- Camden County prosecutors have arrested a man they say tried to sexually assault a teenager at a hotel.
But according to police, Michael Marchionese had really been chatting with an undercover detective who posed as a 14-year-old girl.
Marchionese is accused of requesting naked pictures of the girl after they started texting in October.
Investigators say he later arranged to meet the girl at a hotel.
He was arrested at his Pine Hill home on November 21.
Marchionese faces a list of charges, including attempted manufacturing of child sexual abuse material and attempted child luring.
Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact Detective Patrick Collins of the Camden County Prosecutor's Office High Tech Crimes Unit at 856-225-5183.
