Police locate 2-year-old boy from Chester, Pa.

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Chester police confirmed that a missing 2-year-old boy was found in Philadelphia on Saturday night.

Investigators say Jeremiah Cottman was found safe at his grandparents' home.

Investigators say Cottman's mother had not seen him since early June, and his other grandmother had not seen him since the end of May.
