Second lawsuit filed by survivors of nursing home explosion in Bucks County

BRISTOL, Pa. (WPVI) -- Two more survivors of the nursing home explosion in Bucks County are suing PECO and the Bristol Health and Rehab Center.

It is the second lawsuit filed following the blast on December 23 that killed three people and injured about 20 others.

One of the injured victims has also been identified as a PECO worker.

IBEW Local 614 says the worker went into the building to help rescue others, despite getting injured.

That worker has since been released from the hospital
