This week on Shelter Me, we introduce you to a sweet, special needs puppy named Andre from Waiting on a Friend Animal Rescue in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
This 3-month old boy was born deaf. But the amount of love he shares with his people is loud and clear.
Andre had a hard start to life. He came up to the shelter from Kentucky, where his previous owners had unfortunately cut his ears.
Despite the pain he endured, he's still a loving and playful puppy.
He's going to be a big guy with an even bigger personality.
Andre would do best with a family that has a fenced in yard and with someone who has experience with deaf dogs.
He is also great with kids, cats and other dogs.
