SKIPPACK TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A Skippack Township supervisor and camp operator who was previously charged with child solicitation is now also being charged with child sex assault.
Nick Fountain, 38, is accused of assaulting the victim while the child was between the ages of 9 and 16 years old, escalating from naked wrestling to sexual assault, investigators said.

The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said Monday the charges came after the victim reported the assaults to the Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 24.
The victim was someone Fountain had "access" to, the D.A.'s office said. The incidents allegedly began with sexual touching, investigators said, and progressed from there.
The alleged victim is now an adult. Charging documents reveal Fountain admitted to the sexual abuse while interviewed inside the Montgomery County Correctional Facility, where he's awaiting extradition to Harford County, Maryland.
Fountain was arraigned on Sunday with multiple counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, indecent assault without consent, indecent assault with person less than 13 years old, unlawful contact with minor-sexual offenses, endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors.
Fountain was charged in late September in Maryland with charges related to sexually soliciting a minor and solicitation of child pornography.

According to court documents, Fountain is accused of soliciting sexual images from someone he believed to be a 14-year-old boy. The individual was actually an undercover detective with the Harford County Sheriff's Office.
Investigators say Fountain allegedly sent explicit photos and made online posts with titles such as "38m looking for younger."
Fountain is a father of two young children and has an 18-year-old stepchild.
According to his LinkedIn and Facebook profiles, Fountain owns Camp Magnolia in Skippack and Magnolia Children's Academy in Gilbertsville.
There's no word if any children were allegedly assaulted in connection with those businesses, but the investigation is ongoing. A woman at the daycare had no comment.
The Skippack Board of Supervisors has not commented on the new allegations but released this statement last month, saying, "We don't know many details right now and are seeking to learn more from law enforcement. The details we do have, however, are deeply disturbing. If true, we call on Mr. Fountain to resign from the Board of Supervisors. We will not have anything further to say until we know more."
