Study: Dark roast coffee better for your brain

A new study suggests that the darker the roast of your coffee, the better it is for the brain.

Researchers in Canada tested three types of coffee.

They found dark roast coffee contained the highest quantities of the compound known to make coffee bitter.

They say that same compound can help decrease the risk of developing Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.
