VALLEY TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Two construction workers were killed in a crash involving a tractor-trailer on the Route 30 Bypass in Chester County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
The crash happened around 6:50 p.m. Monday near mile marker 270.3 in Valley Township, near Coatesville.
According to state police, the driver of the tractor-trailer caused the crash, which ultimately involved four vehicles.
Video from Chopper 6 showed the truck after it crashed over a guardrail.

Police say a worker zone had been established.
Along with the two workers killed, police say two other people involved in the crash suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital.
The names of the victims have not been released.
Action News has learned the two people killed worked for Allan Myers.
We reached out to the company, which released a statement saying, "Our focus remains on supporting those impacted. Please join us in prayer for their families, friends, and colleagues."
They confirmed that the two other employees who were injured have already been released from the hospital.
There was no immediate word on whether the tractor-trailer driver would be charged. The investigation into the crash is ongoing, police say.

The highway was closed overnight for the investigation.
