TRENTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- A Trenton man has been arrested and charged with allegedly sexually assaulting two juveniles.
Rasheen Gaither, 51, is charged with two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, two counts of second-degree sexual assault and one count of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Mercer County prosecutor's office.
He is also facing one count of second-degree certain persons not to possess a handgun.
Police said they received reports last week that Gaither allegedly sexually assaulted two juveniles in August. Both victims are under the age of 13, according to police.
Investigators say he allegedly sexually assaulted one of the victims while she was spending the night at his house. The other assault allegedly happened while one of the victims was at an illegal dispensary Gaither operates in the city.
Police executed a search warrant at Gaither's convenience store, "Bagged U," in the 100 block of Pennington Avenue.
He was arrested outside the establishment.
During a search of the store, detectives said they seized roughly four pounds of marijuana and a handgun.
The prosecutor's office has filed a motion to detain Gaither pending trial.
