Utz Brands, a snack company based in York County, Pennsylvania, is voluntarily recalling several varieties of its Zapp's and Dirty potato chips over concerns they may be contaminated with salmonella.
Utz said the recall involves a seasoning powder that contains dried milk, which could be contaminated. The company noted that no illnesses have been reported.
The affected flavors include Zapp's Bayou Blackened Ranch and Big Cheezy, as well as Dirty-brand Sour Cream and Onion and Maui Onion potato chips. Salt and Vinegar varieties from both brands are also included in the recall.
The recalled products were sold nationwide.
