Virtua acquires Lourdes Health System

EVESHAM, N.J. (WPVI) -- Lourdes Health System in South Jersey is now part of Virtua.

The acquisition process began more than a year ago and a judge approved it last week.

Action News was at Virtua Willingboro Hospital as they threw a celebration to officially mark the change.

The combined health system now includes 280 care locations and more than 13,000 employees.
