NJ utility company to reduce rates this winter

Good news coming in from PSEG.

As winter approaches, the New Jersey utility company says it's reducing rates to the lowest they've been in 15 years.

Starting on October 1st, the basic supply rate for natural gas will be $0.40. That's down from $0.45 right now.

If you do the math, the average customer is expected to save about $52 a year.
