BEAVER FALLS, Pa. (WPVI) -- NASA captured video of a meteor streaking across the sky in Pennsylvania earlier this week.
The space agency says the 500-pound rock was moving at 45,000 miles an hour.
The cameras detected the meteor above Beaver Falls, in western Pennsylvania, at 4:50 a.m. Tuesday.
It flared brighter than the full moon as it broke into meteorite fragments, which may now be scattered in the Pittsburgh suburbs.
