4th annual City Hall Iftar Dinner

PHILADELPHIA CITY HALL (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney hosted members of the city's Muslim community for the 4th annual City Hall Iftar Dinner.

This traditional communal meal breaks the Ramadan fast each day at sunset during Ramadan.

Mayor Kenney spoke to the group about the importance of tolerance and diversity, and drew on his relatives' experiences as irish immigrants in America.
