Action News reporter Melissa Magee has an FYI for you on a way to entertain the children during the season.

A very furry Christmas has turned Sesame Place into a Christmas wonderland.

This is the place to be during the holiday season.

"All of our Sesame friends have asked us to decorate the park in a furry manner. There's lots of great things to do here with the family," said Vice-President of Operations of Sesame Place, Jeff Davis.

The 1-2-3 Christmas tree is the 35 foot center pieces with a light show every thirty minutes.

Jeff says, "Picture all these people gathered around the Christmas tree, larger than life Christmas tree and singing along and dancing and just having a great time.

You can even meet the main man himself.

Santa took us for a ride on the furry express.

Whether it's rides or the neighborhood street party, there is plenty of Christmas spirit to experience at Sesame Place.

"Everywhere you turn and look there's something interesting to see for Christmas. It's really something new to discover." said Jeff.

Thanks to all my furry friends. Hopefully you guys will have a very furry Christmas and happy holidays.

Sesame Place is open weekends and every day 12/26-12/31.
