N.J. Summer Meals initiative

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- The Food Bank of South Jersey is already gearing up for its Summer Meals program.

The group held its menu selection event.

Kids and community leaders gathered to learn more about the program and to help choose the meals that are at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The Summer Meals initiative makes sure kids don't go hungry and that they are getting the proper nutrition they need even while school is out of session.
