Wister Playground and Rec center face lift

GERMANTOWN (WPVI) -- An old playground has some great new features for children to enjoy in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.

Tuesday city officials dedicated the newly renovated Wister Playground and Rec center on Baynton Street.

It has new water spraying and play equipment. Along with a new mural, designed by local artist Willis Humphrey through Philadelphia's Mural Arts Program.
