A jockey is facing a felony charge, because authorities say he electrically shocked his horse during a race in Texas.

Roman Chapa is charged with unlawful influence on racing.

The evidence was seen in the picture above.

Authorities say the buzzer in Chapa's left hand was used to shock his horse back on January 17th in Houston.

But Chapa claims the picture was photo-shopped to frame him.

He had been suspended from racing twice before, for using an electrical device and a nail to make horses run faster.

If convicted, Chapa faces up to 10-years in prison.
