CHICAGO -- A cluster of delivery robots clogged up a Chicago sidewalk on Monday.
A woman out on a run caught video of multiple Coco delivery robots clustered on the sidewalk.
She captioned it, "Run route was crowded this morning."
Coco said a sidewalk deployment error caused several robots to reroute simultaneously as they were leaving their station to begin daily routines, resulting in the cluster.
“Being a good neighbor in Chicago matters to us and we take the safe and considerate operation of our robot fleet seriously,” the company said in a statement.
It apologized for the inconvenience.
