Summer is drawing to a close, and Philadelphia's last remaining public pools marked their final day of operation for the 2026 season on Labor Day.
The city has been closing public pools since mid-August.
On Monday, Max Myers, Kelly, Hunting Park, Amos and Samuel pools were scheduled to close, ending the season for the city's outdoor swimming facilities.
The city's sprinklers, splash pads and spray grounds will remain open through the day Monday.
