A man dressed like a firefighter was arrested after being caught burglarizing a home in the Malibu area, officials said Sunday.
Police also released video of the Dunkin' on North 52nd Street, where the suspects stole a large safe and merchandise.
The business owner said he lost more than $25,000 this month alone and about $75,000 over the past six months.
Philadelphia police have released several new videos as the search continues for looters who ransacked businesses earlier this week.
Business owners who were looted have to fill out online forms describing the damage and costs, and they can receive some reimbursement.
Dayjia Blackwell allegedly used her social media platform to encourage people to engage in looting at several locations and is alleged to have engaged in criminal activities herself, authorities said.
