Gunfire that wounded a teenage boy briefly forced a Philadelphia school into lockdown Wednesday morning.
Philadelphia police are investigating after a gun was found in the bathroom at an elementary school on Monday morning.
Officials say the two women were hit by the same bullet, one was struck in the thigh and the other in the ankle.
It happened at approximately 10 p.m. at a campus event called Yardfest.
The teen is facing felony reckless endangerment and weapons charges. He's being held on $98,000 cash bond.
The high school resource officer found signs that a round struck the interior of the restroom, police say.
