2 injured in 3-vehicle crash in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say two people were injured in a three-vehicle crash in West Philadelphia early Wednesday morning.

The accident happened around 12:45 a.m. at the intersection of 54th and Chestnut Streets.

Two of the cars came to rest on 54th Street and the third on Chestnut Street. A traffic light was also taken down in the crash.

Police say two people were taken to the hospital with various injuries in stable condition.

The accident under investigation.
