BROOMALL, Pa. - April 1, 2014 (WPVI) -- Police say one man is dead and another person was injured in a crash Tuesday morning on I-476 in Broomall, Delaware County.

The accident happened before 5:30 a.m. Tuesday approaching Route 3 in Broomall.

Police say 34-year-old Brian L Bagley of Chester was traveling southbound on the highway when his Chevy Trailblazer struck the median guard rail head on and rolled over multiple times, coming to rest blocking both northbound lanes.

According to investigators, Bagley was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected while his vehicle rolled over. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Both northbound lanes were blocked for a time while crews worked to clear the scene.

The accident remains under investigation.
