2 tractor trailers crash on I-95, damage median

A collision between two tractor trailers caused major delays on northbound I-95 Friday morning.

It happened around 5:30 a.m. near Academy Road in Northeast Philadelphia.

Police say the crash damaged the cement center barrier.

The chipped cement landed in the southbound lanes.

There have been no reports of injuries.
