HARRISBURG, Pa. (WPVI) -- Tuition is going up at Pennsylvania's 14 state run universities.
The state's Higher Education Board of Governors approved a 2.5% increase.
That will bring tuition for most full time Pennsylvania residents to about 72 hundred dollars each year.
The Board says it's the smallest tuition increase in a decade.
