The owners of Little Bokeelia Island, a 104-acre island south of Tampa Bay, Fla., are putting the land up for sale.
The island comes with a four-bedroom villa and a three-bedroom guest wing.
The island is currently at $24.5 million, though all offers will be considered until April 30.
The owners have developed and enjoyed the 104-acre island for 26 years, but are looking to immediately sell it so they can focus on a Christian ministry.
The owners are considering all offers.
