Retired Philadelphia teacher using van to improve voter turnout

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- With two weeks until the election, Philadelphia is once again a major player in the outcome.

One city resident has taken a unique approach to remind his neighbors to get to the polls -- it includes a set of wheels, speakers and some tunes.
