People are enjoying warmer temperatures in the city

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Groundhog said early spring and it looks like that's taking effect.

Things and people are thawing out.

Action News was at the Art Museum Sunday afternoon, where we've saw people running in shorts, working out, running the rocky steps - some with no jackets, no hats. We even found some folks training for the Broad Street Run.

6abc's Trish Hartman spoke with people out and about, taking advantage of the warm weather.
