Police investigating homicide in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a homicide in West Philadelphia.

The shooting happened just before 3 p.m. at 52and and Locust streets.

Police said a 19-year-old man was shot.

He was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Hospital, where he died a short time later.

So far, no arrests have been made.
