Man shot in head in Wilmington

WILMINGTON (WPVI) -- Police in Wilmington are investigating a shooting.

It happened just after 4:00 p.m. Monday on East 23rd Street near Market.

Police say the victim was shot in the head and was transported to Christiana Hospital.

Police have not made any arrests.
